Something in a question looks wrong

Send the question — screenshot is fine — and what you think the answer should be. Reported items get pulled from rotation while they are checked, so a wrong item stops reaching other students the same day.

You cannot get into your account

Email from the address you signed up with, if you can. If you no longer have it, say which email you think it was and roughly when you signed up.

Your plan looks wrong for your test date

Tell us the date you set and what the plan is showing. Nine times in ten this is a test date entered for the wrong year, which you can fix yourself in Settings.

Already answered in writing

What is stored about me, and how do I delete it? Privacy — plain English, including deletion.
Is there a charge, or a trial that converts? No.Ribbit is a paid subscription, from $33/mo. Cancel any time from Settings. The terms say the same thing.
Who writes the questions, and who checks them? About walks through the whole gate.
